All over the world "home staging" has proven to decrease the amount of time a house is on the market and can increase the amount of money recieved for the home. I have staged several homes that had previously been on the market for up to 2 years, after I staged the homes they sold quickly. Staging is effective in new construction as well as private residences. We also stage un-occupied homes.

What should you expect when I come to your home? I will do a thorough assesment from "curb to back yard fence". We will walk through your home and I will complete a form with suggestions for changes in each room. These suggestions will included but will not be limited to items that need to be packed away, new paint colors, furniture re-arrangment, landscaping re-design, etc. The goal is to appeal to a potential buyer and cost you the least amount of money. Pricing for my professional staging services are as follows:

2,000 sq.ft. and less- $200.00

2,100 sq.ft.-3,000- $300.00

3,100 sq.ft-4,000- $400.00

4,100 sq.ft-5,000- $500.00

5,000 sq.ft+ Call for pricing
